Common places you’ll need this

If the form wants a PDF

Many forms prefer a single PDF for documents. Use JPG to PDF to combine your photos into one file, choosing “Smallest file” to keep it under the limit.

Frequently asked questions

The form says “file too large”. What limit should I use?

Look for the maximum size near the upload button or in the instructions (for example “max 5 MB”). Set the limit a little below it to be safe, such as 4.5 MB for a 5 MB limit.

The form only accepts JPG or PNG. Can I upload an iPhone photo?

Yes. This page converts HEIC and other formats to JPG while making them smaller.

Will my document photo still be readable?

Usually yes at 1–2 MB. If text looks blurry, raise the limit or crop to just the document before compressing.

Are my photos uploaded here?

No. This tool works entirely in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere. You upload the finished file to the form yourself.
