Reporting a problem

It helps if you include:

• which tool you used (the page address),
• your device and browser (for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”),
• what you expected and what happened instead.

Please don’t email us private photos or documents. Describe the file instead (format, size, where it came from). Because the tools run on your device, we never see your files.
